Focused on architecting new telecommunications solutions and product development, bridging the gap between software engineering and network infrastructure. Responsible for translating market demands into functional and scalable technical specifications.
- Pre-sales & Proof of Concept (PoC): Technical leadership in validating new client projects, creating product demonstrations, advocating for architectural decisions, and executing PoCs to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business requirements.
- Core VoIP Engineering: Development and optimization of High Availability (HA) architectures using OpenSIPS for critical routing, alongside FreeSWITCH and Asterisk for media gateways and PBX functionalities.
- Observability & Data Analysis: Implementation of proactive infrastructure monitoring and business KPIs via Zabbix and Grafana. Utilization of the Elastic Stack (ELK) for log centralization, advanced troubleshooting, and system behavioral analysis.
- Automation & Infrastructure (DevOps): Advanced Linux server administration focused on hardening and performance. Creation of Ansible playbooks for configuration automation, ensuring standardization and agility in environment deployment.
- New Product Development: Continuous research of new technologies for integration into the company’s portfolio, managing the lifecycle from ideation to MVP delivery.
